Wow!! What a whirlwind the last few months have been! I began this post on Aug. 28, and just now finished it! Between getting a new camera and figuring out the software to upload the pictures, and then having to clean off our old laptops to get a new one for work, I became technically challenged with all my pictures in multiple places and not enough time to compile them again....until now! In order to not make this an EXTREMELY long entry, these are John's great moments from June - August.

After Mike and Jeanna's wedding in June, all of us, other than my dad and John were lucky enough to get strep throat. Because all of John's toys were exposed, they had a serious bath! The kitchen was covered with toys, which was quite the sight!
The 4th of July was John's first boat ride! He loved it, but fell asleep while enjoying the breeze, but only after he was able to drive the boat with Papa Bob!
John loves his new, big boy spoons. He also found that if he bites on them and moves them between his teeth, they squeak! Such fun!

He is such a great helper with putting his laundry away. I'm sure he's sorting it...
I can move really fast now that I'm so good at crawling!

but won't be confined in it anymore!

John's exersaucer up north has a really deep seat, so when he actually sits down in it, he sinks way in. It was too funny not to take a picture!

We celebrated Uncle Steve's birthday on July 20th! I loved blowing out the candles with him!
John just started walking along things around the end of July and loved his freedom!
We tried to get a picture with his hat on too, but he wasn't thrilled about something on his head, so this is as good as it gets! Good thing the camera was fast!Otherwise, we would have missed it!
